It's only fitting on this Thanksgiving Holiday 2008 that I extend a heartfelt "thanks" to all of you who have contributed to the early success of Tomaino Orthopaedic Care. Since we opened the doors July 1st, 2008 we have been privileged to care for many wonderful people--many former patients who followed me from my practice while at the University of Rochester, many who have been referred since I left, and others who have found me on their own.

Additionally, through this website, I have had the opportunity to correspond with many from around the country. Fewer have actually visited me here in Rochester from far away---and I am genuinely touched by your fortitude and faith.

I took a "turkey-burner" spinning class thanksgiving day morning and our instructor read a quote that resembled: "To those of you who think you will succeed, and to those of you who think you will fail----- both of you are right."

During this wonderful holiday season, and despite hard economic times and international strife, I wish you hopefulness, happiness, and peace.

I think youir website is a great asset. How many physicians take the time and effort to update blogs and information on such a timely basis? The latest technology and procedures are right here with a wealth of information to be found. It's no wonder you have made contacts around the country. Yes, you can thank your patients for their faith and fortitude. But you have made all that possible. Thanks for the being the truly caringand personable physician that you are. Your expertise is tops!!
